Its primary 5GHz radio runs an 8×8:8 MIMO configuration using two QCN5054 chipsets, while the secondary 2.4GHz radio provides a 4×4:4 MIMO path using a QCN5024 chipset, together delivering 12 spatial streams that MU-MIMO can distribute across up to 8 simultaneous 5GHz and 4 simultaneous 2.4GHz clients in a single scheduling interval. A dedicated third radio based on the QCA9882 chipset operates as a continuous dual-band scanner, monitoring the RF environment for rogue APs, interference sources, and spectrum utilisation without reducing the throughput capacity of either access radio.
