Premium CloudVision feature that merges network infrastructure telemetry with compute and application data for AI-driven root cause analysis across data center, campus, and WAN environments.
CloudVision Universal Network Observability (CV-UNO) is a premium CloudVision feature that merges network infrastructure telemetry from EOS switches with compute and application data, enabling AI-driven root cause analysis that spans network, systems, and application layers in a single licensed capability. CV-UNO automatically discovers applications, hosts, and workloads across the infrastructure, building a continuously updated map of what is running, where it is running, and what network paths carry its traffic, without requiring manual inventory maintenance as workloads move or scale.
The AI-driven analysis engine applies proactive anomaly detection across the combined network-compute-application dataset, surfacing prescriptive recommendations with specific remediation steps rather than threshold-crossing alerts that require manual interpretation. Unlike monitoring approaches that alert on metric thresholds, CV-UNO's pipeline correlates events across layers, identifying, for example, that an application response time spike correlates with a specific switch queue's elevated utilization, and surfaces the root cause with a recommended action, reducing the investigation effort required to reach a remediation decision.
CV-UNO licensing is a premium subscription on top of the base CloudVision subscription: it activates additional analytics capabilities on the existing CloudVision platform without requiring separate infrastructure, separate data collectors, or a parallel management plane. For data center and campus environments already running EOS and CloudVision, enabling CV-UNO is a software activation that immediately begins correlating the telemetry streams that EOS has been producing continuously, delivering observability value on existing data without a re-instrumentation project.
CV-UNO merges EOS network telemetry with compute and application data in a single licensed CloudVision feature, eliminating the context switches between separate monitoring tools required to correlate a network event with its compute and application-layer consequences.
Applications, hosts, and workloads are automatically discovered and mapped to the network paths that carry their traffic, building a continuously updated topology that reflects what is running and where, without requiring manual inventory updates as workloads move or scale.
The analytical pipeline applies AI-driven anomaly detection across the combined dataset, surfacing prescriptive recommendations with specific remediation steps rather than raw threshold alerts that require manual interpretation, separating signal from noise in the telemetry stream.
CV-UNO activates additional analytics capabilities on the existing CloudVision platform through a premium subscription, with no separate infrastructure, no new data collectors, and no parallel management plane. For environments already running EOS and CloudVision, enablement is a software activation.
